Returns Policy

If you don't like our product, you can return it back within 7 days free of cost, provided the products are in the original condition, without any oil smudges and with tags.

If you have received a defective item, please initiate a refund within 48 hours of receipt. Post that, we won't accept defective, used items.

To maintain the validity of a bundle offers, all items within the bundle must be kept. Returning any single item from the bundle will void the offer.

Shipping

Shipping is free for online orders.

Rs 99 charged for COD shipping. We hope you understand. We deal with a lot of fake orders, and sometimes we don't even get the original products. This fees ensures that we keep our items at reasonable rates without compromising on the quality.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you've placed the order and received an order confirmation mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.Once your order is shipped it usually takes anywhere between 5-7 days to deliver the product in your hands.

Although 5-7 days is our typical delivery time, most of our order reaches our customers within 5 days.
