What should I do if I want to return the item?
- Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
What Should I do If my payment Fails?
- In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. Check with your bank.
How Should I cancel my order?
Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website and then select the order you want to cancel. You'll be able to cancel only before the item is shipped.
Why can't I see the COD option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
Is there a charge on COD?
Yes, there is a flat charge of ₹50
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS/Whatsapp with details of your order and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS/ Whatsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
When will I get my order and how to track it?
- After placing your order, it will take 2 to 3 days for processing. But generally we ship the order the next day of receiving it. Once your order is shipped, it will take 5 to 7 days depending on your location.
- You can track your order by clicking on Track Your Order in the Main Menu.
- We'll keep you notified at each point of order confirmation, shipping, and delivery over your mail. If there is any delay, we'll notify you immediately.
What is the Unreasonable Women Program?
- It's a program for women who don't accept the norm. If you are one, you can get The Unreasonable Women Tee for free. You have to submit your entry
- Once we've received your entry, we'll go through it and validate for authenticity.
- We'll notify you if your story has been selected.
Can anyone apply for the Unreasonable Woman Program?
Yes, anyone. If you are a woman and have something to tell about the towering invisible norms that are stacked against you, you are most welcome.
